1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Innovation Facilities for Inventors (IFICO) ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the GoNoGo platform at gonogo.uz ("Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoNoGo is an AI-powered product testing platform that helps businesses validate product ideas, pricing strategies, packaging designs, and marketing concepts before launch. Our Service includes:

• AI persona-based product testing
• Concept validation and market acceptance analysis
• Pricing sensitivity and optimization testing
• Packaging and visual design testing
• Comparative A/B testing
• Detailed testing reports and insights

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using your email address or through Google authentication. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Notify us immediately at pr@gonogo.uz if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

GoNoGo operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits which are then used to run tests. Each test type has a specific credit cost, which is displayed before you run any test.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners: Kapital Bank and Atmos. By making a purchase, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.

4.3 Credit Validity

Purchased credits do not expire. You may use them at any time while your account is active.

4.4 Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are available only in the following circumstances:

• System failure or technical error that prevents you from receiving a test report
• Credits deducted without a corresponding test being executed
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors

To request a refund, contact us at pr@gonogo.uz within 14 days of the incident with details of the issue. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after approval.

Non-refundable: Credits are non-refundable for tests that were successfully completed, even if the results were not what you expected. GoNoGo provides AI-generated insights based on simulated personas; actual market performance may vary.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including product descriptions, images, and test materials. By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.

7.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use the content
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws

7.3 Content Retention

User Content and test reports are retained for one (1) month from creation. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your data before this period expires.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by IFICO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

GoNoGo provides AI-generated insights based on simulated personas. We make no guarantees that:

• Test results will accurately predict actual market performance
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Our reports are designed to inform your decision-making process, not to replace professional market research, business judgment, or expert consultation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IFICO shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Actions taken or not taken based on test results

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IFICO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at pr@gonogo.uz. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary termination.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending an email notification for significant changes

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
